I have been General Manager of this beautiful townhouse hotel, which was recently recognised with a Forbes Five-Star rating, since 2012 and genuinely consider each member of my team to be part of my Egerton family. My team are chosen for their instinctual desire to care for our guests, including our adored canine visitors. We are here to welcome guests to experience the hotel and all the wonderful places that surround us." Dating from 1843, our elegant red-brick Victorian townhouse is located in the heart of vibrant Knightsbridge, just a short stroll from Harrods, the Science Museum and the world-famous Victoria & Albert Museum. And yet, our location on a remarkably peaceful, quiet residential road overlooking a private, leafy garden makes our boutique townhouse hotel feel more like a cosy private house than a hotel. How far is Egerton House from the center of London?
This neighborhood is home to some of London's wealthiest residents, including Chelsea football club owner Roman Abramovich. Located south of Hyde Park, the two nearest tube stations -- Knightsbridge and South Kensington -- are a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
